とんかつは、仕込みから揚げ上がりまで一つひとつ丁寧な仕事の積み重ねです。毎朝の仕込み、キャベツの千切り、パン粉付け、油の管理など、当たり前のことを当たり前に続けることを大切にしています。
今月も変わらず、「美味しかった」と言っていただける一枚を目指して頑張ります。
お食事はもちろん、テイクアウトやデリバリーでも専門店ならではの味をお届けできるよう努めてまいります。
これからも皆さまの日常に寄り添うとんかつ屋であり続けたいと思います。

We place great importance on consistently performing the basics—such as our morning preparations, shredding cabbage, coating the meat in breadcrumbs, and managing the oil—with unwavering dedication.
